Steps
1. Connect your RDP to the state the account is coming from.
2. Go to your browser.
3. Type in the user name and password.
4. After the account open go to get started.
5. Choose send money.
6. Follow the process and fill in the required informations
I.e amount, country, network(mtn,tigo)
7. Recipient info is the next step
Fill out the receipient information and reasons for sending money.
8. Complete the transfer with your credit card details.
9. Have a successful transaction.
